Delivery within Ukraine
Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta. If you prefer another carrier, please leave a comment with your order or contact us directly.

Dispatch time
Most orders are dispatched on the same day. In some cases, dispatch may take up to 2 business days. In rare situations, shipping may take up to 5 business days. We always notify you in advance.
- After dispatch, the tracking number is sent via SMS or messenger
Delivery time
Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days from the moment of dispatch.
- You can track your shipment on the Nova Poshta website or mobile app
- A valid ID is required to receive the parcel
Delivery cost
The delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs and depends on parcel size and weight.
- Up to 2 kg - 50-70 UAH
- 2-10 kg - 80-100 UAH
- 10-30 kg - 120-140 UAH
International shipping
We offer international shipping except to temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as russia and belarus. Please contact us for details.
Payment
- Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta (20 UAH + 2% service fee)
- Orders under 500 UAH require full prepayment
- Orders over 8000 UAH require a 5% prepayment
- Payment to sole proprietor account
- VISA, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay
- Cash payment at pickup points
