Terms and Conditions
Online store - a website located on the Internet at pmya.com.ua.
Product - goods offered for sale in the online store.
Customer - an individual or legal entity that places an Order.
Order - a properly completed request by the Customer to purchase Products.
Shipping company - a third party providing delivery services.
Please read these terms carefully before using the services of the online store pmya.com.ua.
This document constitutes an official agreement between the online store pmya.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Store or the Website) and the user purchasing products through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Customer places an order on the Website.
1.2. Information published on the Website constitutes a public offer in accordance with Ukrainian law. Placing an order is considered acceptance of the offer.
1.3. By placing an order, the Customer confirms agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Purchases may be made by individuals and legal entities able to receive and pay for goods within Ukraine.
1.5. All payments are made exclusively in Ukrainian hryvnia.
2. Product information
2.1. Products are presented in the catalog with images owned by the Store.
2.2. Each product includes a description, price, and SKU.
2.3. Additional information may be provided upon Customer request.
2.4. The Store reserves the right to change product prices unilaterally.
3. Ordering process
3.1. Orders are accepted via pmya.com.ua and official social media pages.
3.2. The Customer may place an order via the Website, email, or phone.
3.3. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be notified.
3.4. The Customer may cancel the order before shipment.
4. Delivery and payment
4.1. Delivery is carried out by courier services within Ukraine.
4.2. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
5. Returns and warranty
5.1. Products may be returned in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection laws.
5.2. Warranty period is provided by the manufacturer or is 14 calendar days.
6. Final provisions
6.1. The Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
6.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
